01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkr98", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkr98 online gaming platform, accessible at pkr98.ws, including all associated services, products, and features.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the pkr98 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pkr98 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your pkr98 account, including real-money funds and any active bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free-play value credited to your account pursuant to a pkr98 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by pkr98 prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total PKR betting turnover required before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by you via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or cryptocurrency, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, and ancillary services provided by pkr98 through the platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the pkr98 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy at all times as a registered player:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the pkr98 responsible gaming tools or issued by any regulatory body.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Registration is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

03 Account Management

Once registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pkr98 account. The following obligations apply at all times:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. pkr98 will never ask you to share your password via any channel.
• You must not allow any third party to access or operate your account, including family members. Accounts are non-transferable.
• You must notify pkr98 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkr98 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to take reasonable security precautions.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account information — including your registered mobile number and payment details — remains accurate and up to date. Outdated payment information may delay withdrawal processing.
• pkr98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, pkr98 will make reasonable efforts to notify you at your registered contact details.
• pkr98 may, at its discretion, conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. Failure to cooperate with verification requests may result in temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or betting functions until the review is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkr98 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit on pkr98 is Rs 500. pkr98 does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Supported deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank online banking, and cryptocurrency wallets (subject to network confirmation times).
• Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and linked bank accounts are credited to your pkr98 balance instantly in most cases. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations.
• pkr98 does not charge a fee for deposits. Any charges displayed during a deposit transaction are applied by the payment provider, not by pkr98.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to players whose accounts have been fully verified under the pkr98 KYC process, including age verification and identity confirmation.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• pkr98 targets a withdrawal processing time of under two hours for verified accounts during standard business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network processing times beyond pkr98's control.
• pkr98 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• pkr98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, in line with regulatory obligations.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkr98 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, cashback offers, and free-play credits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement, minimum bet size, eligible games, and expiry period are displayed in full at the point of bonus activation. You should read these terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
• Once a bonus has been accepted by a player and activated on their account, pkr98 will not retroactively change the wagering requirements or other conditions attached to that specific bonus.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, once the full wagering requirement has been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Funds.
• If you wish to forfeit an active bonus before meeting the wagering requirement, you may do so via the account settings panel. Forfeiting a bonus will remove both the bonus balance and any associated pending winnings from your account.
• pkr98 reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time for players who have not yet opted in. Bonus offers may be subject to eligibility criteria, including account verification status and prior promotional history.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to farm bonus credit — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the pkr98 platform is governed by the following general rules, supplemented by game-specific and sport-specific rules where applicable:

• All bets placed on the pkr98 sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL, the International Cricket Council for international matches).
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. pkr98 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during critical moments of a match, to ensure market integrity.
• All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published in the game information section of the pkr98 lobby.
• pkr98 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming outcome where it is determined that a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within each game or market before a bet is placed.
• pkr98 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or gaming session at its discretion, particularly where unusually large winnings arise from technical errors or exploit-based play.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical means to interact with or extract data from the pkr98 platform.
• Colluding with other players, whether on the platform or externally, to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.
• Submitting fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate pkr98 transactions.
• Using the pkr98 platform or its payment infrastructure for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the pkr98 platform, its servers, its databases, or its security systems in any way.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the pkr98 platform without express written authorisation.
• Opening multiple accounts in order to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade a self-exclusion or account closure decision.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr98 platform — including but not limited to the pkr98 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr98 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkr98 content without prior written permission.
• Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by pkr98.
• Third-party game content available on the pkr98 platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr98's liability to you in connection with the platform and services is limited as follows:

• pkr98 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service outages may affect platform availability. pkr98 is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
• pkr98 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• pkr98's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pkr98 is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services linked to or referenced from the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes pkr98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkr98 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered players:

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard at any time. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Players may set loss limits to cap the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period. These limits are enforced at the system level and cannot be overridden by support staff during the active period.
• Session time reminders can be configured to alert you at defined intervals during a gaming session, helping you maintain awareness of the time spent on the platform.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which access to betting and gaming features is suspended. Cooling-off requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
• Players who believe they have a serious gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and requires formal reactivation review before access is restored. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team within 24 hours of submission.
• pkr98 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Use of the platform by anyone under 21 is prohibited, and pkr98 takes all reasonably practicable steps to prevent underage access.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by pkr98 is governed by the pkr98 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

• pkr98 collects personal data only as required for account registration, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the provision of services.
• pkr98 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention services only to the extent required for lawful operational purposes.
• All data transmitted between your device and the pkr98 platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL protocols.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by pkr98, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests may be submitted via the live chat support team.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pkr98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to amendments:

• Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice displayed upon next login to the platform, or via the registered contact details on file, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
• Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of players — may be made without advance notice.
• The "Effective" date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.
• Continued use of the pkr98 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr98 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the pkr98 platform:

• You should first submit your complaint to the pkr98 support team via the live chat feature within the platform dashboard. pkr98 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 7 business days.
• If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under whose authority pkr98's gaming licence is issued.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr98 with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior representations, warranties, negotiations, and agreements relating to the same.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• pkr98's failure to enforce any right under these Terms on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right on any future occasion.
